Born in Dallas and raised in Grand Prairie, Sergio has a deep-rooted connection to the vibrant and diverse culture of the Dallas area. As a first-generation Hispanic American, Sergio appreciates the rich blend of cultures that make Dallas a unique and dynamic place to live. From an early age, Sergio was immersed in the world of real estate, thanks to family involved in the rental real estate business. This early exposure ignited a passion for design, history, and the story every building has to offer. He discovered a particular joy in selling properties through his eye for creating & highlighting value opportunities for homes and buildings, a passion that has only grown stronger over the years.
